BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Clarksboro, New Jersey. As a Home Health Physical Therapist, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

About the Role

We are looking for a Physical Therapist who is passionate about delivering high-quality care to patients in the comfort of their own homes. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for assessing patients' physical needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and providing manual therapeutic exercises, gait training, and other interventions to promote independence and mobility.

Responsibilities
  • Assess patients' physical needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Provide manual therapeutic exercises, gait training, and other interventions to promote independence and mobility
  • Continually assess and revise care plans as needed
  • Collaborate with nursing and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of New Jersey. Previous home healthcare experience is welcomed, but not required. You will also need to be able to travel to cases as assigned.
