Home Health Care Registered Nurse Job Opportunity

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in providing high-quality home health care services to our adult and geriatric clients in Clarksboro, New Jersey.

About the Job

We are looking for a skilled and experienced RN to work in our home health visits office, providing per-visit care to our clients in Gloucester, Salem, and Cumberland County. As a Registered Nurse with BAYADA, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality home health care services to our clients, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures.
  • Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders.
  • Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided.
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program.
  • Current RN licensure in the state of New Jersey.
  • Experience in home health care or a related field.
