About the Role

Xactly Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Enterprise Sales Representative to join our fast-growing sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with customers, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at major accounts
  • Conduct product demos, discovery sessions, and needs assessments to understand customer needs and identify opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer success, to drive sales efforts and customer engagement
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in enterprise sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of sales performance management, incentive compensation management, and sales forecasting
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop insights to inform sales strategies
