About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Associate to join our team at NTT DATA Services. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional phone support to our policyholders, beneficiaries, agents, and internal customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Phone Support: Provide front-line phone customer service to policyholders, beneficiaries, agents, and internal customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and striving to meet service standards.
  • Insurance Industry Knowledge: Develop and maintain a solid working knowledge of the insurance industry and of all products, services, and processes performed by the team.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively and professionally with both internal and external customers to resolve questions and issues.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all work products.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with management or other team members as appropriate to proactively address service issues and concerns.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1 year experience in an office environment, 1 year experience using a computer with Microsoft Windows PC applications, and 6 months of work-from-home experience.
  • Education: High school diploma or GED.
  • Skills: Previous insurance industry experience, ability to work in a quiet area while working from home, and strong communication and problem-solving skills.
