This position supports a classified program and requires a staff planner.


As a Senior Integrated Program Planner, you will collaborate within a cross-functional team, working closely with the business to deliver timely solutions to our clients.

You will engage with program management, finance, customers, functional leads, and control account managers (CAMs). This role presents an opportunity for career advancement within the aerospace sector and fosters professional growth in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate and timely collection, input, analysis, and reporting of status progress.
  • Ensure Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) are interconnected to facilitate Critical Path analysis and reconciliation.
  • Contribute to the completion of detailed weekly/monthly analyses for significant Program Events.
  • Assist in evaluating key intermediate milestones to provide updates to the Integrated Master Plan (IMP).
  • Coordinate with major suppliers to gather and deliver current schedule information.
  • Manage schedule baseline control and assist in weekly/monthly variance analysis.
  • Support proposal generation, costing, and cost/schedule integration, including Risk Management Cube integration and mitigation strategies.
  • Conduct required schedule assessments utilizing Risk Management tools.
  • Prepare and present briefing materials to management and clients in a professional manner.
Basic Qualifications:

  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Knowledge of Program Performance Management, EVMS experience, and implementation of integrated cost & scheduling tools.
  • Experience presenting various report types to senior management (IMPR/IPMDAR experience).
  • Ability to apply organizational, planning, management, problem-solving, and execution skills across multiple projects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project.
  • Capability to operate in a classified, fast-paced environment, addressing complex issues and meeting deadlines.
  • Extensive experience in developing and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).
Desired Skills:

  • Familiarity with Open Plan.
  • Ability to consolidate detailed schedule data into management-level reports.
  • Experience with baselining.
  • Background in program start-up.
  • Proficient in Excel (V-Lookup, Pivot Tables, etc.).
  • Integration of cost and schedule with respect to EVMS.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and a willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
  • Experience with DCMA surveillance.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour days, with 3 days off per week.

Pay Rate:


The annual base salary range for this position in various locations is $91,300 - $175,000. This salary information serves as a general guideline. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's experience, education, key skills, and market considerations when extending an offer.
