Job Description

The Lead Cryptographic Systems Engineering Specialist will be responsible for leading the technical aspects of program development, ensuring that all systems are integrated and functioning properly. This includes:

  • Developing and implementing system engineering processes and procedures to meet all requirements.
  • Coordinating with other engineers and stakeholders to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Conducting system-level analysis and testing to ensure all systems are integrated and functioning properly.
  • Developing and reviewing technical documentation, including system requirements, design documents, and test plans.
  • Providing technical guidance and support to other team members.
  • Ensuring all systems meet safety and regulatory requirements.
  • Participating in design reviews and other technical meetings to ensure all requirements are being met.
  • Managing technical risks and identifying potential issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 9 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree in a related field, or 7 years with a Master's degree, or 4 years with a PhD or Juris Doctorate, or 13 years with a High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Cryptographic key management systems engineering/integration experience is required.
  • Active DoD Secret Clearance is essential.
