Job Title: Center Based Board Certified Behavior Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Community Autism Services in New Bedford, MA.

About the Role:

As a BCBA, you will be responsible for conducting parent/caregiver education and functional behavior assessments, creating ABA programs tailored for children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorders (ASD), and employing evidence-based Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Interventions.

You will also collect behavioral data, complete progress notes, and handle case management, as well as provide clinical direction, training, and support to our ABA Behavior Technicians.

Requirements:
  • Possess an active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and Massachusetts license (LABA)
  • Must be able to work a hybrid schedule of in-person and virtual telehealth
  • Flexible to work with combined home, school, and center caseloads
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal, collaborative, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Previous experience in supervising ABA programs for individuals with autism spectrum disorders (ASD)
  • Commitment to cultural competency in a diverse and inclusive work environment
  • Valid MA driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred
