- Develop and maintain project documentation, including project controls systems and procedures.
- Manage project budgets and identify potential exposures to ensure successful project execution.
- Bachelor's degree in construction engineering or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in construction engineering or a related field.
- Knowledge of construction trade principles, techniques, and procedures.
- Working experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Project.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced construction environment, with regular travel to job sites as needed. The ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a variety of weather conditions is also required.
