Clinical Program Supervisor

Northeast Family Services is a leading provider in mental health services, dedicated to supporting children, youth, and families for over two decades. We are currently in search of a qualified and independently licensed clinician to fill the role of Assistant Program Director within our expanding Outpatient Telehealth team.
This position is fully remote and focuses on telehealth services.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe Assistant Program Director will take on the role of a supervising therapist, acting as a primary contact for our clients while aiding in the daily management and operations of the outpatient telehealth team. Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the management of direct care staff.
- Developing, implementing, and monitoring treatment plans.
- Providing supervision to clinical staff for licensure requirements.
- Maintaining a caseload of 13 hours in addition to supervisory duties.

Preferred Qualifications- Master's Degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field.
- Independent clinical license in Massachusetts (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist) is required at the time of hire.
- A minimum of two years of experience providing direct treatment services to children, youth, and families.
- Experience in supervising staff for licensure.
- Background in working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders or Autism Spectrum Disorder.
- Strong proficiency in supervision, service delivery, and case management.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
- Experience in quality management is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable access to a vehicle.
