Position Overview

Northeast Family Services, a leading provider in mental health services with over two decades of experience, is on the lookout for a qualified and independently licensed clinician to fill the role of Assistant Program Director within our expanding Outpatient Telehealth team.

This position is fully remote, focusing on telehealth services.

Key Responsibilities

The Assistant Program Director will act as a supervising therapist and primary contact for clients, while also aiding in the daily management and operations of the outpatient telehealth team. Responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing the management of direct care staff.
  • Implementing and monitoring treatment plans.
  • Providing supervision to clinical staff for licensure purposes.
  • Maintaining a caseload of 13 hours alongside supervisory duties.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field.
  • Independent clinical license in Massachusetts (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist) is required at the time of hire.
  • A minimum of two years of experience providing direct treatment services to children, youth, and families.
  • Ability to provide supervision for licensure.
  • Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders or Autism Spectrum Disorder.
  • Strong skills in supervision, service delivery, and case management.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
  • Experience in quality management is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficient in computer use, including Microsoft Office.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable access to a vehicle.

Compensation

The salary for this full-time position ranges from $60,000 to $65,000.
