About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. As a Hotel Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise during their stay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer and process all incoming telephone calls in accordance with Forbes 5 Star Service Standards
  • Operate IntelliDesk SDC Attendant Console to manage guest requests and dispatchers
  • Act as a source of information regarding the property, managing guest questions and concerns
  • Respond to hotel staff and guests during emergency situations
  • Process wake-up calls and ensure timely follow-ups
  • Work as a dispatcher using the hotel radio system, directing housekeeping runners and following up with guests to ensure satisfaction within established time lines
Requirements
  • A minimum of one year customer service experience (PABX preferred) in a resort hotel setting
  • Working knowledge of multi-line telephones and computer systems
  • Strong customer service skills, professional appearance, and demeanor
  • Ability to type 30+ WPM and communicate effectively in English
  • Able to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays

The estimated salary for this position is $50,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
