Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the line service department, prioritizing tasks and assigning work to supervisors.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide training goals to supervisors.
  • Review and manage line service team payroll, including overtime and benefits.
  • Oversee facility startup, including security, vehicle maintenance, and equipment service.
  • Manage fuel inventory, reconcile load receipts, and order fuel as needed.
  • Communicate with supervisors daily to ensure seamless operations.
  • Aircraft storage, movement, and hangar arrangement.
  • Implement safety procedures and support trainers and safety techs.
  • Meet DOT regulations and ensure compliance.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of line service experience, including fuel management and supervisory duties.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • Zero tolerance drug-free employer.
Work Environment:

This position works outside in all types of weather conditions and requires direct contact with moving and non-moving aircraft. The physical demands of this job include lifting 75 pounds, exposure to hazardous noise levels, chemicals, fumes, and machinery.

Travel:

No travel is expected for this position.
