Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive patient care to neonates and their families, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conduct thorough physical exams, obtain medical histories, and order diagnostic tests as needed.
- Develop and implement education plans for patients and families, promoting health literacy and self-management.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Current RN licensure and certification as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in neonatal nursing or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- A dynamic and supportive work environment with opportunities for professional growth and development.
