Job Summary:

At Parkland Health and Hospital System, we are seeking a highly skilled Neonatal Nurse Practitioner I to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in our neonatal department.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care to neonates, including assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care and positive health outcomes.
Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and advancements in neonatal care through ongoing education and professional development.

Requirements:

Master's Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
Current RN licensure from the Texas Board of Nursing or valid Compact RN license.
Current certification as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) by the National Certification Corporation (NCC).
Experience in neonatal care, preferably in a hospital setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

Spanish proficiency.
