Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join our team in North Dallas. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide exceptional patient care and contribute to the growth and development of our practice.

About the Role

As a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner, you will work closely with our team of neonatologists and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to newborns and their families. Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough assessments, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare providers to ensure seamless care transitions.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough assessments of newborns and their families to identify individualized care needs
Develop and implement comprehensive care plans that address the unique needs of each patient
Collaborate with neonatologists and other healthcare providers to ensure seamless care transitions
Provide education and support to families to promote optimal health outcomes
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes

Requirements

Current APRN national specialty certification
Minimum of a master’s degree
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Commitment to providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the growth and development of our practice
