* Monitor and manage warehouse space and layout to optimize storage capacity and product accessibility.

**Requirements**

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
* Minimum of 5+ years of experience in inbound operations management, preferably in the finance industry.
* Proven experience with ERP systems, warehouse management, continuous improvement initiatives, cost reduction strategies, and unloading procedures.
* Strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to manage and motivate a team.
* Excellent problem-solving skills, with a focus on practical, cost-effective solutions.
* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and utilize operational data to drive decision making.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to a diverse audience.
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
* Knowledge of legal regulations and company policies related to inbound operations.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
