Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at Pacific Medical Centers. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year.

About the Role

The Senior Patient Care Nurse Specialist will provide professional nursing care as directed by the Washington State Nurse Practice Act and Pacific Medical Centers policies, procedures, and protocols. Collaborating with other healthcare team members, this individual will deliver primary and specialty health care services, utilizing a systematic approach to nursing practice.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver patient-centered care in collaboration with the healthcare team.
  • Utilize evidence-based practice to improve patient outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.

Requirements:

  • RN degree from an accredited school of nursing.
  • At least one year of recent RN experience in a patient care setting or clinical environment.
  • Recent prior experience in a hospital and outpatient setting preferred.
  • Experience with phone triage a plus.
