Key Responsibilities


As a Product Specialist at CarTronics, your primary role will be to assist and engage customers both in-store and through various communication channels, utilizing customer service techniques tailored to our industry.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Gaining knowledge about our core product categories by completing the
    Product Technology Specialist Certification, which we will fund.
  • Applying our proven sales techniques to effectively serve customers and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Utilizing our web-based Point of Sale and Inventory system to locate parts and create detailed estimates for clients.
  • Ensuring that clients feel comfortable and confident with our company and the upgrades they are considering.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service from the initial interaction through to delivery and follow-up, including keeping clients informed about their vehicle's status.
  • Managing the retail store's inventory and maintaining a clean and organized showroom.
  • Driving sales; you must be a closer. Not every client is aware of the full range of services we offer. We seek team members who are self-motivated and capable of achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Must maintain a positive attitude daily and possess a willingness to learn new concepts and ideas.
  • Excellent communication skills are required, along with the ability to empathize with customers' needs and negotiate mutually beneficial solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills are necessary, with the ability to independently research vehicle solutions.
  • Comfortable using a computer for various tasks and proficient in typing.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Availability to work five days a week, including Saturdays.
