Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Fire Sprinkler Inspector to join our team at SSI Fire & Safety Holdings, LLC. As a Fire Sprinkler Inspector, you will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections of water-based fire sprinkler systems to ensure they are functioning properly and meet industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct scheduled field inspections of water-based fire sprinkler systems to identify and report any deficiencies or issues
  • Clearly communicate findings and recommendations to clients and departmental supervisors
  • Perform other miscellaneous tasks as requested by supervisors, including training on mobile devices to complete jobs
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and departmental employees
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented individual with a strong desire to excel in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to learn and provide clients with necessary information to ensure their systems are performing at peak potential
  • NICET Certification preferred (NICET Level I)
  • Valid driver's license and ability to safely operate a company vehicle
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues in the field and present potential resolutions to supervisors
  • Reliability and strong work ethic are essential
Physical Demands:
  • Ability to lift and carry a minimum of 40 pounds
  • Ability to push and pull items greater than 40 pounds, as needed
  • Ability to safely use and climb a ladder and reach a height of at least 10 feet
  • Ability to work comfortably at a height greater than 10 feet
  • Constant walking, standing, carrying/handling objects, climbing ladders, and eye/hand/foot coordination
