Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze, Design, and Implement IAM Solutions:
Develop and execute the necessary modifications to facilitate the transfer of account management, provisioning, password management, and additional functionalities from the legacy system to the new platform.
Act as a subject matter authority for the team, providing insights on design, implementation, and troubleshooting.
Convert existing code to align with the new systems architecture and create new supporting code as needed for the solution.
• Collaborate with IAM Leads and Stakeholders:
Comprehend directives and work guidance established by product owners, managers, architects, and senior leadership.
Collect business and technical requirements from IT and business stakeholders.
Facilitate and lead discussions as necessary to promote effective solution design and implementation.
Offer technical support to team members, product owners, architects, and managers.
• Provide System Support:
Partner with team members and leadership to implement changes across development, testing, and production environments.
Collaborate with team members and leadership to diagnose and resolve issues within development, testing, or production settings.
Required Qualifications:
• Proven experience in migrating between identity management systems.
• Proficiency with Okta, including its APIs and features.
• Familiarity with OIM 11g, its APIs, and functionalities.
• Background in software development.
• Experience in identity and access management within a complex enterprise framework.
• Strong leadership qualities; capability to influence and inspire others.
