Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Barista to provide exceptional beverage experiences for our guests. Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and Serve Coffee Drinks: Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso-based beverages, pour-overs, and specialty drinks.
  • Maintain a Clean and Organized Workspace: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the coffee bar, equipment, and surrounding areas.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, including greeting guests, taking orders, and responding to customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Operate Point of Sale System: Operate the point of sale system to process transactions, manage inventory, and maintain accurate records.
  • Stock and Restock Supplies: Stock and restock supplies, including coffee beans, syrups, and other ingredients.
  • Perform Opening and Closing Duties: Perform opening and closing duties, including turning on and off equipment, cleaning the workspace, and preparing for the next day.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Cash Handling Experience: Experience handling cash and operating a point of sale system is preferred.
  • Customer Service Experience: Experience in customer service, including working in a fast-paced environment and handling customer complaints, is preferred.
  • Ability to Work in a Team Environment: The ability to work in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude is essential.
  • Physical Demands: The ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and move quickly in a fast-paced environment is required.
