Job Summary

As a Barista at Marriott International, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests. Your primary duties will include operating a cash register, handling customer transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. You will also be responsible for preparing and serving coffee and other beverages, as well as maintaining a high level of product knowledge. Responsibilities

* Operate a cash register and handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently
* Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages to a high standard
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the coffee cart and surrounding areas
* Provide exceptional customer service and respond to guest inquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on menu offerings and promotions

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the food and beverage industry
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
* Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds
