Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team at The St. Regis Aspen Resort. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages to guests
  • Operate cash register and handle customer transactions
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the coffee cart and surrounding areas
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to guest inquiries
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • No prior work experience necessary, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
