POSITION: Logistics Administrator at DS Smith

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee the precise completion of logistical documentation
  • Perform various administrative duties
  • Coordinate vehicle and product reservations
  • Engage with drivers and transport companies
  • Resolve delivery challenges in collaboration with internal departments

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Background in administration; experience in Transport/Logistics is advantageous
  • Meticulous attention to detail and capability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities
  • Self-motivated and capable of working both independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in IT skills and the English language
