Key Responsibilities
  • Accurate monitoring of client invoices and documentation
  • Oversee the collection and processing of bills
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to client accounts and invoices
  • Address client inquiries and requests promptly
  • Manage relationships with vendors and oversee payments
  • Facilitate money transfer requests
  • Conduct monthly reconciliations of client bank accounts and credit cards
  • Support client onboarding processes
  • Maintain precise documentation in line with established policies and procedures
  • Provide additional support to clients and team members as required
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent professional experience required
  • At least three years of experience in accounting with a focus on client services in a family office, wealth management, or similar sector
  • Exceptional attention to detail and precision

  • Ability to comply with stringent processes, controls, and confidentiality standards
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Capability to manage and respond to multiple client and departmental requests efficiently.
The compensation range for this role is $75,000 - $100,000 annually. This estimate reflects a variety of factors considered in compensation decisions, including experience, skills, knowledge, education, and other organizational needs. It is uncommon for an individual to receive an offer at or near the upper end of the salary range. Final salary offers are based on the qualifications and experience of the selected candidate.

Physical Requirements
  • This role necessitates the physical ability to operate in an office setting, which may involve extended periods of sitting and working on a computer. Corient is committed to providing reasonable accommodations for individuals with disabilities to perform essential duties whenever feasible.
  • This position may require the ability to lift items weighing up to 15 pounds.
  • This role is expected to be performed onsite four days a week.
U.S. Employment Eligibility
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Must consent to a background check; any job offer is contingent upon the successful completion of this investigation.
  • Must possess unrestricted work authorization for employment in the United States. Corient hires U.S. citizens or permanent residents for U.S. employment opportunities. Exceptions may be made based on a shortage of qualified candidates with specific skills. Proof of work authorization will be required.
  • Corient participates in E-Verify and will provide the federal government with your Form I-9 information to verify your eligibility to work in the U.S. If E-Verify cannot confirm your authorization, this employer is obligated to provide you with written instructions and an opportunity to contact the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) or Social Security Administration (SSA) to resolve the issue before any action can be taken against you, including termination of employment. E-Verify can only be utilized after you have accepted a job offer and completed the Form I-9.
