**About the Role**

Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Wealth Management Associate to join our team in Miami, Florida. As a Wealth Management Associate, you will be responsible for creating comprehensive wealth management plans for ultra-high net worth individuals and families based in Mexico, as well as select institutions.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement investment strategies for clients' portfolios, addressing questions on market trends and outlining the Firm's investment thesis.
  • Build and maintain relationships with Ultra High Net Worth individuals, scheduling meetings with potential investors and building relationships.
  • Raise capital from investors in LatAM, leveraging your expertise in financial markets and investment products.
  • Manage the operations and logistics of a venture, ensuring seamless execution and delivery.
  • Oversee financial and cash management, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
  • Hold investor calls to update on the status of a venture or investment, providing clear and concise information.

**Requirements**

  • Master's degree or Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Two years of experience with a Master's or five years of experience with a Bachelor's in a related role.
