The DDQ Analyst will play a crucial role in developing and delivering product information, requiring outstanding teamwork and collaboration skills. This position involves managing the production of DDQ responses, maintaining and authoring relevant product language, partnering with other teams, and developing a deep understanding of Lord Abbett's investment products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the production of DDQ responses from intake to delivery, including information gathering, formatting, customization, collaboration with stakeholders, collection of supplemental materials, and packaging/delivery of final proposals.
  • Maintain and author relevant and up-to-date product language used to respond to client inquiries.
  • Partner with other teams throughout the organization to provide consistent messaging to current clients and distribution partners.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Lord Abbett's investment products.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with varying priorities.
  • Record of academic success and interest in financial markets.
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach to work assignments.
  • Prior experience working with RFP software, such as Qvidien, RFP Machine, or RocketDocs, is preferred.
