Job Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Mental Health Professional to join our team in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. As a member of our clinical team, you will provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions to clients in need of mental health services. This is a full-time position with a guaranteed pay structure, paid orientation, and a range of benefits including health and dental insurance, disability and life insurance, and a 401(k) program with a 3% employer match.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality mental health services to clients through telehealth and face-to-face sessions
  • Develop and maintain a caseload of clients, with a focus on providing individualized treatment plans and ongoing support
  • Collaborate with other clinicians and support staff to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments
  • Contribute to the growth and development of Thriveworks through participation in quality improvement initiatives and other projects as needed
Requirements
  • Must be a licensed mental health professional with a PhD or PsyD in psychology or a related field
  • Must be licensed and living in the state of Alabama
  • Must be able to provide a minimum of 25 sessions per week
  • Must be able to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
