Primary Responsibilities:
  • Conduct routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing communal areas such as lobbies and hallways.
  • Manage waste disposal from shared spaces and designated collection points.
  • Maintain outdoor areas, ensuring they are free from debris and clutter.
  • Clean and service shared appliances, ensuring they operate efficiently.
  • Report maintenance needs or repairs to the property manager.
  • Monitor the premises for safety and security issues, promptly notifying the property manager of any concerns.
  • Engage with residents in a courteous and professional manner, addressing their requests and concerns effectively.
  • Keep track of cleaning supplies and notify the property manager when restocking is necessary.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and regulations, ensuring all cleaning tasks comply with health and safety standards.
  • Be available for emergency situations, including urgent maintenance needs.
Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in janitorial or cleaning roles is preferred.
  • Familiarity with cleaning products, equipment, and best practices is desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail and a robust work ethic are essential.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude are necessary.
  • Physical stamina to perform demanding tasks is required.
  • Understanding of safety protocols and a commitment to following them is crucial.
  • Flexibility in work hours, including weekends and holidays, may be necessary.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is recommended.
  • A valid Driver's License is required for essential job functions.
