About the Role

Coca-Cola Bottling Company High Country is seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our Operations Team. As a vital part of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the facility and production equipment are well-maintained to support the company's objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to upkeep the facility's functionality and maximize machine efficiency.
  • Ensure all facility equipment meets company standards and adhere to maintenance standards.
  • Analyze maintenance processes to identify areas for enhancement and implement improvements.
  • Monitor and repair boilers, HVAC, and compressed air systems, as well as troubleshoot equipment issues and perform necessary repairs and maintenance.
  • Complete maintenance tasks at other Coca-Cola Bottling Company High Country facilities as required.
  • Support ground maintenance and snow removal efforts as needed.
  • Request parts to maintain adequate inventory and complete assigned work orders in a timely manner.
  • Adhere to operational best practices and safety protocols, and stay updated on developments and technologies relevant to the role.
  • Comply with all regulations, policies, and procedures.
Requirements
  • Refrigeration/HVAC Trade or Vocational certification preferred.
  • 2-5 years of industrial building maintenance experience required.
  • 1+ years of mechanical/electrical experience preferred.
  • Prior diagnostic/troubleshooting and preventative maintenance experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated mechanical and technical aptitude.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Hand tools may be required.

Work Environment
  • Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with moderate noise levels due to equipment.
