**Job Title:** Director of Basketball Operations

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Basketball Operations to lead our basketball program at Power Cross Ministry. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive basketball program that aligns with our ministry's values and mission.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a basketball program that promotes the values of Power Cross Ministry, including strong Christian faith, sacrificial leadership, and on-the-go problem-solving.
  • Recruit and manage a team of coaches and staff to support the basketball program.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive coaching philosophy that emphasizes the importance of relationships, effort, and excellence.
  • Plan and execute basketball activities, including practices, games, and tournaments.
  • Develop and implement a system for tracking and evaluating player progress and team performance.
  • Collaborate with the PC Leadership Team to develop and implement a comprehensive plan for the basketball program.
  • Ensure that all basketball activities are conducted in a safe and respectful manner.
Requirements:
  • Strong Christian faith and commitment to the values of Power Cross Ministry.
  • Proven experience in basketball coaching and leadership.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in a related field.
  • Experience in a similar role at a Christian ministry or organization.
  • Certification in a coaching or leadership program.
