About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Therapist to join our team at A Caring Alternative, LLC. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will provide intensive therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and adults with identified mental health or substance abuse diagnoses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients with mental health or substance abuse issues
  • Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and develop effective treatment strategies
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless delivery of services and achieve client goals
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices and industry developments
Requirements
  • Masters degree in a related field (e.g. counseling, psychology, social work)
  • Valid licensure as a LCSW/LCSWA, LCMHC/LCMHCA, LCAS/LCASA, or LMFT/LMFTA
  • At least 4 years of experience in clinical services, primary and behavioral health care integration, organizational change processes, and consultation and training development/implementation
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and make sound judgments
