We're looking for a skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to join our Central Facilities Team in Andover, MA.

The Central Facilities team is responsible for delivering backend solutions supporting hundreds of clients, ingesting terabytes of data, and distributing millions of data products daily.

We operate on a cloud-based platform that ingests, processes, aggregates, and distributes real-time weather and aviation data through backend microservices.

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you'll collaborate with software engineers to develop and implement technologies and processes to ensure secure, optimized systems are delivered into production reliably, safely, and rapidly.

The impact you'll make:

  • Participate in 24x7 on-call rotations.
  • Monitor and manage infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application development, deployment, and operations.
  • Plan for disaster recovery and capacity growth.
  • Develop and deploy internal services and tools.
  • Implement and maintain version control systems.
  • Investigate and evaluate new technologies and tools to enhance team productivity.
  • Manage your time and participate in an agile development process.

What you've accomplished:

  • BS Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in DevOps roles.
  • Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Python and Java.
  • Strong experience building infrastructure in AWS.
  • Strong background in infrastructure automation, cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization technologies.
  • Strong Linux experience.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
