Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping team at Delavan Lake Lawn Management LLC. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Train and supervise housekeeping staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet the highest standards of cleanliness and guest service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve housekeeping efficiency, productivity, and guest satisfaction.
  • Manage housekeeping budgets, ensuring costs are controlled and resources are optimized.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure housekeeping standards are met, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Assistant Housekeeping Manager or similar role.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Physical ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
Working Conditions

The position is indoors, and the noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. The staff member will work in a high-traffic, high-volume business environment and will be required to spend a majority of their time on their feet and/or at their desk.
