As a skilled Construction Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including minor and major facility renovations at existing childcare center sites.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial construction management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You will be responsible for participating in project pre-construction planning meetings, reviewing project scope and budget, coordinating with delegate agencies in preparation and packaging of construction bid/proposal documents, and monitoring all associated project costs and invoices throughout the project.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including an estimated salary of $95,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, we also provide opportunities for professional growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in project pre-construction planning meetings
• Review project scope and budget
• Coordinate with delegate agencies in preparation and packaging of construction bid/proposal documents
• Monitor all associated project costs and invoices throughout the project

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in one of the following qualifying degrees: Construction Management, Construction Engineering Technology, Construction Science, Architectural/Civil Engineering, or Architecture. Additionally, you must have at least 2 years of commercial construction management experience or a 2-year undergraduate qualifying degree AND at least 4 years of commercial construction management experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Willing and able to travel and perform outdoor site walks in all weather conditions
• Have own source of reliable transportation
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Have an understanding of construction practices, methods, means, and terminology
• Experience with public procurement, bidding, and award of contract
• Willing and able to work evenings and weekends if necessary
