Responsibilities:
  • Provide project management support to Senior Manager, including cost-to-date reporting, client communication, and budget tracking.
  • Coordinate activities on assigned projects, including tracking and maintaining job schedules and budgets.
  • Serve as a cost controls specialist, reviewing budgets and contracts before payment and ensuring compliance with previously agreed-upon terms.
  • Assist with purchasing materials for preventative maintenance and corrective maintenance work orders across Facility Maintenance and Construction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of project management/maintenance planning experience in a theme park or related industry.
  • Familiarity with local and regional codes and ordinances.
  • Experience working with CMMS systems and AutoCAD.

Salary Range: $90,000 - $125,000 (bonus eligible). We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and other discounts and perks.
