About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Member Experience team as a Healthcare Operations Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for spearheading member engagement efforts, facilitating a smoother patient experience, and providing real-time support for patient scheduling.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute key initiatives such as new member onboarding and manage historical medical record requests
- Handle insurance verification and coordinate processes such as discharging members and re-establishing members
- Provide immediate technology support for patients to ensure a smooth user experience
Requirements
- Experience in a healthcare environment and basic knowledge of medical terminology
- Strong interpersonal skills, including effective communication and a genuine desire to help people
- Ability to multitask efficiently without compromising on quality
