Meters Process Analyst

We are seeking an ambitious and goal-driven Meters Process Analyst to join our team at Consense. This exciting opportunity will enable you to learn about the meters process and begin a career in a supportive and growing department.


In this role, you will be responsible for processing returned technician forms, analyzing sub-metering work, and determining the next steps. You will also need to correctly account for equipment used and labor hours, identify remaining issues at the property, and provide a detailed report to the property or the accounting team.


As a Meters Process Analyst, you will work closely with client managers, accounting, and the work order team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration. You will also be responsible for maintaining a detailed history for each property, including special circumstances.


We are looking for a candidate with excellent communication skills, a willingness to learn about all aspects of the meters department, and the ability to adapt to change in processes. If you are a team player who is willing to go above and beyond expectations, we encourage you to apply.


The estimated salary for this position is $15.00 per hour, plus performance-based bonuses. The location is remote or in-office, and the schedule is full-time, Monday to Friday.
