Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Installation Supervisor to oversee the installation of amusement rides at various locations around the world.

This is a remote position that requires frequent international travel and the ability to work independently under limited supervision.


Key Responsibilities
  1. Train and direct on-site installation teams, including supervision of construction crews and ensuring compliance with engineering drawings and local codes.
  2. Inspect all aspects of the ride installation process, including climbing to extreme heights to verify conformance to project specifications.
  3. Oversee the safety of all on-site workers, ensuring compliance with OSHA standards for personal protection equipment.
  4. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports of the installation project's progress.
  5. Communicate with on-site teams, company management, customers, and other stakeholders in a professional and courteous manner.
  6. Perform amusement ride service, maintenance, repair, and operations training of amusement park staff.
  7. Assist the Customer Service Department with development of operations and maintenance manuals and provide technical support or customer service as needed.

Requirements
  1. Bachelor's Degree in construction management or a related field, with at least 5-10 years of major project construction management experience.
  2. Ability to travel extensively, with a minimum of 150-200 days per year, and reside at project sites for extended periods.
  3. Demonstrated skills in steel construction, pneumatics, and hydraulics, with experience in reading and understanding design drawings and using hand tools.
  4. Proven ability to work well with and supervise others, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  5. Maturity, problem-solving skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality of company intellectual property and project information.
