Project Director

At Omni Inclusive, we are seeking a highly skilled Project Director to lead our projects from inception to closure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, change management, and customer relationship management. Key responsibilities include managing projects, creating and maintaining detailed project plans, and working with multiple internal and external stakeholders. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and analytical skills, as well as the ability to understand complex business problems and identify solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage projects from inception to closure with adherence to client objectives, project scope, and goals.
  • Create and maintain detailed project plans, planning and managing resources, objectives, schedules, budget, milestones, dependencies, and work with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to understand the audience and adjust communication to meet audience needs and business purposes.
  • Ability to use strong analytical skills and creative thinking to understand complex business problems and identify solutions.
  • Adherence and leadership in executing and delivering with quality.
  • Understand client business functions, requirements, and objectives in relation to and in support of the client adoption and use of client products, solutions, and services.
  • Identify solutions to client needs; recognize crisis and know when to escalate.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to mature, extend, expand, and strengthen the client business relationship.
  • 50%+ travel is required to perform onsite implementation activities.

Requirements:
  • Superior written/verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, listening skills, problem resolution, and conflict management.
  • Disciplined, highly organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Customer-focused and highly driven.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Suite, including MS Project and Visio.

Mandatory Skills:
  • Project Management, Change Management, Customer Relationship Management, Customer Engagement, Business Analysis, Maintenance Operations.

Good to Have:
  • Gaming/Casino experience a plus.
