Lead Business Development and Sales Efforts

HART GROUP is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Agent to join our team. As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for leading business development and sales efforts, driving revenue growth, and building strong relationships with existing and new clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Supervise and train a small team to achieve sales goals
  • Provide daily reporting of sales activity using CRM software
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven sales and leadership experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of CRM software and sales processes

Licensing Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license and ability to work in the U.S.
  • Background check and clean driving record required
  • 45-day evaluation period before advancement
