Compensation:

Hourly Rate: $35.00
Per Diem: $100.00


Key Responsibilities:
  • Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to establish work processes.
  • Dismantle machinery using various hand tools.
  • Transport equipment using hoists and dollies.
  • Assemble and install machinery components, utilizing cranes and power tools.
  • Construct foundations for machines with appropriate materials.
  • Align machinery using precision tools and techniques.
  • Possess knowledge of optical and laser alignment methods.
  • Assemble and secure machinery to foundations using various fastening methods.
  • May operate lathes to manufacture machine parts.
  • May assist in the installation and programming of robotic systems.
  • Utilize transit and levels for precise equipment setup.
  • Handle the loading and unloading of materials and tools.
  • Perform maintenance and repairs on tools and machinery.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and project guidelines.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 6 months of relevant field experience.
  • Ability to work with precision and accuracy.
  • Proficient in applying mathematical concepts to solve practical problems.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Ability to visualize and interpret technical drawings.
  • Capable of making decisions based on measurable criteria.
  • Willingness to perform a variety of tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience operating machinery safely.

Physical Requirements:

The physical demands of this role include regular communication, manual dexterity, and the ability to lift or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds. Vision capabilities required include close and distance vision, as well as depth perception.


Educational Background:

A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, along with relevant experience in the mechanical field.
