- Coordinating and scheduling subcontractors while nurturing positive working relationships.
- Overseeing community assets, conducting quality control inspections, ordering construction supplies, and managing customer interactions proficiently.
Ideal Candidates Should Possess:
- A Bachelor's degree (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong organizational, time management, and attention to detail skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills to foster and maintain robust partnerships.
- Proven leadership capabilities.
- A valid Driver's License.
- Experience in construction or customer service (preferred).
