Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the physical care of assigned patients, including performing procedures such as dressing changes, taking vital signs, and administering enemas. Document care provided accurately on designated forms.
- Support the admission, transfer, and discharge processes as needed; provide postmortem care; prepare patients for examinations, tests, and procedures; engage in team conferences to assess patient needs and plan appropriate nursing care.
- Implement infection control protocols and maintain standard precautions to ensure patient safety.
- Carry out additional related duties as assigned by nursing staff.
- Prepare patients for meals and assist with feeding as required.
- Respond promptly to patient call bells and requests for assistance.
- Deliver direct care to patients across various age groups, including geriatrics, middle-aged adults, and young adults.
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Completion of elementary education.
2. Successful completion of a foundational training program for Nurse Aides or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to effectively communicate with patients; capability to maintain simple clinical records.
