  3. Display menus in a clear and concise manner, making it easy for guests to make informed decisions.
  4. Combine tables as needed to accommodate larger parties, while maintaining a comfortable and efficient dining environment.
  5. Maintain the cleanliness of the guest waiting area, ensuring a pleasant atmosphere for our guests.
  6. Verify the total number of guests in each party, ensuring accurate seating and service.
  7. Demonstrate a pleasant demeanor and a sincere desire to be responsive to guests' needs, providing exceptional customer service.
  8. Ensure that the restaurant entrance and exit are always attended, minimizing inconvenience to our guests.
  9. Thank guests for their patronage and invite them to return, fostering a loyal customer base.
  10. Check the outlet environment, ensuring that amenities are handled appropriately and efficiently.
  11. Exhibit extreme care when handling dishware, glassware, silverware, and food products, maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
  12. Accurately handle reservations, communicating the outlet's hours of operation and encouraging guests to reserve a table in another outlet if booked.

Minimum Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. A high school diploma or G.E.D.
  2. Experience in a guest contact position.
  3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  4. Prior experience as a host/hostess is preferred.
  5. The ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
  6. The ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
