We are a sales and client management firm dedicated to delivering exceptional solutions to our clients. Our team is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our sales team as an Entry Level Customer Support Associate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interact with current and prospective customers in a professional and friendly manner, addressing inquiries, providing information about our client's products, and offering assistance to ensure their needs are met
  • Generate leads for the sales team to execute sales presentations to customers with the goal of enrolling them in our client's available services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, concerns, or challenges promptly, escalating complex problems to appropriate team members when necessary
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their features and benefits to clients, aiding in upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions, inquiries, feedback, and resolutions in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on client interactions and needs

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer support, client management, or a related field is preferred
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Empathetic and patient demeanor when dealing with client inquiries and concerns

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
