This position entails promoting skincare and home-use device product lines, fostering relationships with clients, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and ongoing support following the acquisition of capital devices.

- Deliver consultative sales and comprehensive support to clients
- Address and resolve customer issues effectively
- Educate clients on best practices and assist in onboarding
- Oversee the installation and setup of Alma Equipment
- Generate engaging social media content to promote customer success
- Market additional products and services
- Establish and nurture client relationships
- Provide technical assistance to clients
- Adhere to safety compliance standards
- Guide clients on effective marketing strategies
- Collaborate with team members to meet organizational objectives
- Maintain a professional demeanor
- Engage in proactive communication with clients
- Exhibit strong organizational and communication abilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service
Qualifications:
A High School Diploma is required; a College Degree is preferred but not mandatory, or equivalent experience is acceptable.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or account management is required.
Essential Skills:
- Positive attitude and proactive approach to responsibilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Outstanding organizational capabilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize customer needs
Supervisory Duties:
This role does not include direct supervisory responsibilities but may involve mentoring colleagues and collaborating with other departments as necessary.
Physical Requirements:
The role may require occasional sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling. The employee may also need to lift and transport objects of varying weights.
Travel Requirements:
Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time is necessary.
Work Authorization:
Eligibility documentation to work in the United States is required.
