The Role

We are seeking a Human Capital Business Partner to join our Human Capital & Talent team. This role will play a critical part in implementing human capital strategies that drive business outcomes and support the growth and development of our colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement human capital strategies that align with business objectives
  • Manage people-related projects and programs to ensure compliance and completion
  • Support department leadership with performance optimization efforts, including talent development and acquisition, resource management, and colleague training programs
  • Provide advice and guidance on human capital topics, including employee relations and policy adherence
  • Promote effective work practices and demonstrate respect for colleagues
Requirements
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Human Resources functions
  • Ability to work in a team environment with a best-in-class customer-service focus
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent; a minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
  • Minimum of three (3) years of Human Resources Generalist experience, and familiarity with CA labor laws
