Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Store Prepared Foods Team Leader to lead our prepared foods team at our new store in Doylestown, PA. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing your team's skills and knowledge.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth through effective merchandising, inventory management, and customer engagement strategies.
  • Leverage your expertise in food safety and regulatory compliance to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to improve team members' skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of business plans and goals aligned with company objectives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in retail or food service management.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Food safety certification (or willingness to obtain within 6 months).

What We Offer:
