Job Overview

We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our team as a Team Leader at Whole Foods Market in Doylestown, PA. This is a unique opportunity to lead a high-performing team and drive business growth in a fast-paced retail environment.

About the Role

This leadership position will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager in all aspects of daily operations, including profitability, expense control, buying, merchandising, labor, regulatory compliance, and special projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and Develop Team Members: As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of Retail Associates, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to ensure they meet their performance goals.
  • Manage Daily Operations: You will work closely with the Store Manager to analyze sales data, manage inventory, and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
  • Improve Customer Experience: Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable.
  • Maintain High-Performance Standards: You will set and achieve high standards for sales, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence, consistently meeting or exceeding company expectations.

Requirements

  • Leadership Experience: 6+ months of supervisory experience in a retail or related environment.
  • Retail Background: 18+ months of retail experience, with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members, customers, and management.
  • Problem-Solving Ability: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions quickly and efficiently.

What We Offer

  • Competitive Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
